1. Every person has cancer cells in the body . These cancer cells do not show up in the standard tests until they have multiplied to a few billion. When doctors tell cancer patients that there are no mor! e cancer cells in their bodies after treatment, it just means the tests are unable to detect the cancer cells because they have not reached the detectable size.
每一个人身上都带有癌细胞，癌细胞是无法在一般检查时被检查出来的，除非癌细胞扩增至几十亿个数量。所以每当病患治疗到一个阶段后医生会告诉病患其体内已无癌细胞时，医生所指的是其体内癌细胞数量已缩小到仪器无法侦测出来的数量。
2. Cancer cells occur between 6 to more than 10 times in a person’s lifetime.
在每个人的生命期裡，癌细胞都会出现6至10次。
3. When the person’s immune system is strong the cancer cells will be destroyed and prevented from multiplying and forming tumors.
当人体免疫系统强时，癌细胞是会被摧灭的，同时免疫系统强是能抑制肿瘤形成及扩增。
4. When a person has cancer it indicates the person has nutritional deficiencies . These could be due to genetic,but also to environmental, food and lifestyle factors.

11. An effective way to battle cancer is to starve the cancer cells by ! not feeding it with the foods it needs to multiply.

癌细胞以何为食物：
a. Sugar substitutes like NutraSweet , Equal, Spoonful, etc are made with Aspartame and it is harmful .A better natural substitute would be Manuka honey or molasses, but only in very small amounts. Table salt has a chemical added to make it white in color Better alternative is Bragg’s aminos or sea salt.
糖是癌的食物，若不食糖即删除癌细胞很重要的一项食物供给。代糖如Nutra sweet, Equal spoonful! 等均是由Aspartame组合而成的，都是有害的。较好之天然代糖是Manuka糖浆或Molasses糖蜜，但只能食用用少许。食盐为使颜色变白而有化学添加物，较合适的选择是海盐。
b. Milk causes the body to produce mucus, especially in the gastro-intestinal tract.Cancer feeds on mucus. By cutting off milk and substituting with unsweetened soy milk cancer cells are being starved.
牛奶会使人体产生黏液，尤其是在胃肠道内，而黏液正是癌症之食物。因而阻绝牛奶及採用不甜之豆浆作替代，癌症就会在无食物情况下萎缩的。
c. Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment. A meat-based diet is acidic and it is best to eat fish, and a little other meat, like chicken. Meat also contains livestock antibiotics, growth hormones and parasites, which are all harmful! , especially to people with cancer.
癌细胞是在酸性环境中繁衍的，以肉为基本饮食的体质是酸性的，因而食用鱼类及少量鸡肉是较食用牛、猪为合适的。且肉品均含有家畜抗生素、生长贺尔蒙及寄生虫等，而这些均是对人体的有害物质，尤其是对癌症病患。
d. A diet made of 80% fresh vegetables and juice, whole grains , seeds, nuts and a little fruits help put the body into an alkaline environment. About 20% can be from cooked food in! cluding beans. Fresh vegetable juices provide live enzymes that are easily absorbed and reach down to cellular levels within 15 minutes to nourish and enhance growth of healthy cells.
To obtain live enzymes for building healthy cells try and drink fresh vegetable juice(most vegetables including be an sprouts) and eat some raw vegetables 2 or 3 times a day. Enzymes are destroyed at temperatures of 104 degrees F (40 degrees C).

e. Avoid coffee, tea, and chocolate, which have high caffeine Green tea is a better alternative and has cancer fighting properties. Water-best to drink purified water, or filtered, to avoid known toxins and heavy metals in tap water. Distilled water is acidic, avoid it.
饮料必须避免饮用咖啡、茶、巧克力因上述饮料含咖啡因，绿茶是较佳之选择，因为其有抗癌特性。而平常应饮用淨化水或过滤水，然应避免饮用有毒的或重金属的水。蒸馏水是酸性的不要喝。
12. Meat protein is difficult to digest and requires a lot of digestive enzymes . Undigested meat remaining in the intestines becomes putrefied and leads to more toxic buildup.
肉类的蛋白质不易消化的，因为肉类的蛋白质需要大量消化酵素消化，未消化的肉质会留残在肠内淨化，而引发有毒物质形成。
13. Cancer cell walls have a tough protein covering. By refraining from or eating less meat it frees more enzymes to attack the protein walls of cancer cells and allows the body’s killer cells to destroy the cancer cells.

14. Some supplements build up the immune system (IP6, Flor-ssence, Essiac, anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals, EFAs etc.) to enable the bodies own killer cells to destroy cancer cells.. Other supplements like vitamin E are known to cause apoptosis, or programmed cell death , the body’s normal method of disposing of damaged, unwanted, or unneeded cells.

癌症是一种心态、肉体和心灵上之疾病，因而能有积极向上的精神是可以帮助癌症战士成为胜利天使。怨尤和苦痛会让身体处于紧张状态，使体内成为酸性环境，所以要学习有一个爱与宽恕的生活态度，同时学习放鬆及享受生活。
16. Cancer cells cannot thrive in an oxygenated environment. Exercising daily, anddeep breathing help to get more oxygen down to the cellular level. Oxygen therapy is another means employed to destroy cancer ! ;cells.
癌细胞是无法在充满氧气的环境中繁衍，所以每日必须运动，同时多作深呼吸以利氧进入细胞层，按氧气疗法是另一种击溃癌细胞之工具。
1. No plastic containers in micro.不要将塑胶盒放入微波炉加热
2. No water bottles in freezer. 不要将塑胶水瓶放入冷藏室
3. No plastic wrap in microwave.不要将塑胶袋放入微波炉加热
Johns Hopkins has recently sent this out in its newsletters. This information is being circulated at Walter Reed Army Medical Center as well. Dioxin chemicals cause cancer, especially breast cancer . Dioxins are highly poisonous to the cells of our bodies. Don’t freeze your plastic bottles with water in them as this releases dioxins from the plastic. Recently, Dr Edward Fujimoto, Wellness Program Manager at Castle Hospital , was on a TV program to explain this health hazard . He talked about dioxins and how bad they are for us. He said that we should not be heating our food in the microwave using plastic containers. This especially applies to foods that contai! n fat He said that the combination of fat, high heat, and plastics releases dioxin into the food and ultimately into the cells of the body. Instead, he recommends using glass, such as Corning Ware, Pyrex or ceramic containers for heating food You get the same results, only without the dioxin! . So such things as TV dinners , instant ramen and soups, etc., should be removed from the container and heated in something else. Paper isn’t bad but you don’t know what is in the paper. It’s just safer to use tempered glass, Corning Ware, etc. He reminded us that a while ago some of the fast food restaurants moved away from the foam containers to paper The dioxin problem is one of the reasons.

Also, he pointed out that plastic wrap, such as Saran, is just as dangerous when placed over foods to be co! oked in the microwave. As the food is nuked, the high heat causes poisonous toxins to actually melt out of the plastic wrap and drip into the food. Cover food with a paper towel instead.

纸是不错的容器，然而你无法瞭解纸裡到底含有什麽物质，因而较安全之容器是冶炼过的玻璃器皿，如康宁器皿! 为何前不久快餐店将泡沫塑料容器改为纸容器，其中二恶英就是问题之一. 同时他亦指出塑胶袋；如Saran 耐热塑胶袋用于包装食物，在微波炉加热时亦是非常危险的，因为当食物用微波炉加热时，高温会让毒素由塑胶袋溶解出来进入食物内，所以应用纸包裹食物作替 代。
