HuarenStore introduces the Lowest Price Guarantee service, allowing you to enjoy high-quality service while benefiting from genuine price advantages. If you find that the actual purchase price of a desired (or already purchased) item is higher than the price of the same item (including valid discounts) on other sales channels in North America (excluding eBay), you can apply for price protection. After approval by our customer service team, we will refund the overpaid amount in full. 1. Application Conditions - Before placing an order (Lowest Price in North America) We will adjust the price or provide a coupon of equal or higher value within one business day. - After placing an order (15-Day Price Protection) Users can apply for a price difference refund within 15 days of placing an order on HuarenStore. Upon confirmation, we will refund the difference to your credit card or PayPal account within one business day. 2. Applicable Restrictions Price comparisons are only made with e-commerce businesses shipping from within the United States (excluding eBay). Only the original price of the item on the other e-commerce platform is compared; limited-time offers, limited-quantity sales, flash sales, and other promotional prices are excluded. If the actual payment amount on another e-commerce platform is lower than HuarenStore’s current selling price, price matching is not provided. Comparisons are only made with e-commerce businesses holding valid U.S. sales certifications. This price protection policy does not apply during Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotions. 3. Application Process Send an email to our customer service team at [email protected] with the subject line "Lowest Price Guarantee in North America." The email body must include your order number (Order NO. XXXX). For applications after placing an order, please also provide the promotional page URL, screenshots of the offer, email content, coupon details, and other relevant information. We recommend providing as complete information as possible. We will respond within one business day. If a discount code was used during the order, the comparison will be based on the discounted price. Once eligibility is confirmed, our customer service team will automatically process the price compensation. The price difference refund will be returned to your account within 1–3 business days.
